With this feeder, you can relax and enjoy watching the woodpeckers without worrying about seed-stealing squirrels and other nuisance critters. Sturdy cedar feeder has multiple small holes to mimic tree bark, where woodpeckers seek insect food in nature. Sliding Plexiglass panels are effective for displaying food and make cleaning the feeder easier.

Brass loop allows for easy hanging from limb, pole or hook. Note: If hanging on tree branch, place at least 5' from trunk to deter squirrels.

Feeder holds 2 cups of seed and measures 12"H x 4"W x 3"D.

Woodpecker feeder

The woodpeckers and huthatches (and blue jays) really enjoy this feeder. I hung it on a pole with a baffle to keep the squirrels away. Just wish it was a bit larger since it gets emptied in a day.

Excellent feeder! I hang this from a yard plant pole and woodpeckers and other birds like to eat the sunflower hearts.
