I ordered 4 of these last year (since they're so affordable!) and had a nesting pair of bluebirds in each box within a few weeks! My children enjoyed watching the birds, and I enjoyed a few less mosquitoes in my yard! The neighbors also enjoyed watching those beautiful bluebirds! This was a great product for the money. I would recommend it to others!

I put up two of these houses and the very next day I had new blue "neighbors". They love their new homes as much as I love their company. Thank you so much for making these homes so reasonably priced that now I own 4 of them.

Pain in the neck

Purchased 4 of the wren houses and am disappointed. The wood is extremely rough cut, but I figured that part was ok, might be good for traction. The problems are that you can't open it for cleaning w/o taking out a screw and staples. To hang them up is a problem too. The hole for putting a screw to hang on the tree is not visible from the outside except in back, so you have to screw through the birdhouse opening, kind of guessing what you're doing. Need a long bit screwdriver,can't see the screw while you're working, what a pain. If you look at all the issues, they areally aren't worth more than $5 max.
