To help anchor the birdbath, try placing a couple of heavy rocks on the base plus a lighter one in the bath water, smaller birds can use this to perch on. Steadied it up just fine for me. I haven't even use the stakes that came with it. Even the big starling don't rock the boat (bath).

I love this bird bath. The color blends in well with my garden blooms and greenery. The birds really enjoy bathing early in the morning, so I have to keep it filled with water. It is a good buy.

Bird Bath Being Used

It sure didn't take long for the birds to find their second favorite place in the yard, besides the feeder. The birds grip to the little holes around the edge to drink. It looks and works better than I thought it would. Bath is a little on the "light" side. Stakes provided, provide little in way of stability. But, it works filled with water.
