Purple Martins depend on humans to provide
safe and secure nesting cavities for
them. This attractive and roomy villa
accommodation will have flocks of Purple
Martins making their home in your yard!
The weather-resistant villa is constructed
of aluminum and stainless steel and has a
reflective roof with hinged clean-out
doors. Each room measures 6" x 6". Just
snap the top perch rod into place and your
house is ready! Place the villa a minimum
of 10-15' off the ground and 40' away
from trees, but near human activity. The
Purple Martin Villa measures 20"H x
14-1/4"W x 19"L. The Purple Martin Villa
and Pole offer includes the villa, as well as
a Triangular Telescoping Pole and adapter
that makes mounting the villa a snap.
Made of heavy-duty aluminum, the pole is
2" wide and will reach up to 15' tall.
Quick-connect buttons make raising or
lowering the house simple.
